Using our recently developed breakthrough deodorization process we have obtained Ozonated (or Ozonized) Oil with:
- 40% less odour than our regular Ozonated Oil (which is already very low odour)
- The product composition and, most importantly, remain unchanged
- Highly attractive for the cosmetics industry
We have significantly improved our formulations, with the main goal of providing our customers with a product which has a far wider application spectrum in the cosmetics market.
The results are confirmed: after the deodorization process has been applied our Ozonated Oils have 40% less odour while maintaining all their outstanding product properties and composition

In our laboratories we produce Ozonated Oils through biotechnological processes, obtaining high-quality and stable products with a greater presence of organic molecules. Our Ozonated Oil has antiseptic, healing and antioxidant properties with unique physical and chemical qualities such as smell, colour and viscosity.
Our aim is to enhance and adapt the ingredient to our customer´s needs and their target markets. Because of this we have developed a new cutting edge technology in order to reduce the odour of our products while maintaining its many benefits.
Our Ozonated Oils go through a deodorization process in different stages. We decided to analyse the composition of the samples after this process by using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The results obtained were:
- There was no difference in the composition (fatty acid profile and oxidizing products) of the treated and untreated samples
- The odour level of the samples treated with the deodorization process decreased considerably
An Ozonated Oil with less odour but with the same properties has been requested both by our own customers as well as the cosmetics industry in general for some time.
