Our olive oil is sourced from Spanish olive groves, many of which are centennial olive trees. Our olive mills and main oil suppliers are located in Andalucia and Castilla La Mancha, the main olive oil producing regions. Many of the olive oil varieties have won numerous international awards while one of the olive mills was voted the best olive mill in Spain several years.

We source from small cooperatives and family-run mills to larger high quality producers with international quality certifications such as Halal, Kosher, IFC, BRCS, Organic, PDO, Vegan and NSF.
